Whitney Yelm is an Operations Director at Holder Construction, a national construction services firm with offices across the US. With over $10 billion in yearly revenue, Holder is consistently ranked by ENR as one of the nation's leading contractors in construction management and most recently ranked No. 2 in Data Center Construction Firms in 2025.

Providing leadership on Holder projects over the last 24 years, Whitney has successfully led project teams on more than $2B worth of projects across many regions and markets. Her most notable clients include American Airlines, Apple, State Farm, Citigroup, Blue Cross Blue Shield, STACK Infrastructure, CyrusOne and QTS.

Whitney is a graduate of University of Florida with a B.S. in civil engineering and a M.S. in Engineering. She is involved in mission critical organizations like 7x24 and WiMCO and has served on the board of directors with CREW Dallas, a powerful network, whose mission is to creates success for women in commercial real estate.
