Marc Enzi, EA, is a seasoned tax advisor and Enrolled Agent with over 20 years of experience specializing in international tax compliance and FIRPTA (Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act). He is the President of Tax Solutions - FIRPTA Consulting, where he helps clients navigate the complexities of cross-border transactions, tax planning for non-resident aliens, and FIRPTA compliance.

Marc is passionate about simplifying complex tax concepts and empowering individuals to make informed decisions. He is dedicated to being the go-to expert on FIRPTA, providing clarity and guidance to those involved in foreign investment in U.S. real estate. He holds an MBA from Boston University and is a Certified Financial Planner™. He is committed to continuing education to stay current on the latest tax laws and regulations.

Beyond his tax expertise, Marc's diverse background includes service in the U.S. Marine Corps and being an instrument-rated pilot. Marc and his wife, Mary, work together to assist clients, including Spanish-speaking individuals. They enjoy traveling the U.S. with their three dogs and often speak on FIRPTA at various Land Title Association events.
