In her prior private practice, Ruth represented buyers, sellers, mortgage lenders, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and title insurance companies with regard to the purchase, sale, mortgaging and clearance of title to real property in Massachusetts with a special concentration in real estate title and conveyancing matters In addition, she represented lenders in matters concerning mortgage lending and compliance law.

Beginning in 1998, Ruth was employed by First American Title Insurance Company with a focus on developments in lending, compliance and conveyancing practices. She presented numerous training programs for the Company's attorney/agents as well as lenders and other business partners with a concentration on emerging issues and regulatory compliance.

Ruth's current practice focuses on utilizing her high level of industry specific knowledge to support consulting services to attorneys, educational providers and mortgage lending professionals.
