Kristen Boxberger is the owner of Northeast Colorado Title Company, where she serves as Operations Director, Title Examiner, and Escrow Officer. She brings precision, professionalism, and a client-centered approach to every transaction. Known for her ability to navigate complex title issues with confidence and clarity, Kristen ensures that buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate professionals experience a smooth, reliable, and transparent closing process.

With extensive experience in the title industry, Kristen has earned a strong reputation for her attention to detail, deep industry knowledge, and unwavering commitment to protecting her clients’ interests. Her hands-on role as both an owner and industry expert allows her to uphold the highest standards of integrity, communication, and efficiency at every stage of the title and escrow process.

Kristen is also an active leader within the title industry statewide. She currently serves as Second Vice President of the Land Title Association of Colorado (LTAC), where she supports title professionals and advocates for the strength and advancement of the industry. In addition, she serves as Co-Chair of the Small Agent Forum, championing the needs of independent and small title agencies, and is an active member of LTAC’s Legislative Committee, contributing to policy discussions and legislative efforts that impact real estate and title operations across Colorado.

Outside of her professional work, Kristen enjoys watching sports and spending time outdoors with her husband and two children. She is actively involved with Real Estate Professionals Reaching Out, the Logan County Board of Realtors, the Logan County Chamber of Commerce, and the Sterling High School Athletic Boosters.
