Amanda Calloway

Managing Partner
Calloway Title and Escrow, LLC

Amanda F. Calloway entered the field of real estate law quite naturally. Her father, S. Marcus Calloway, was a widely respected attorney in Atlanta for many years and the Founding Partner at Calloway Title and Escrow. Having grown up in a noted Atlanta real estate law family, Amanda has been voluntarily and involuntarily exposed to many aspects of the real state law practice from the courthouse record rooms to the closing table. Amanda joined Calloway Title in 2007 as Associate Counsel, where she now serves as a Managing Partner.

She attended two of Georgia’s top universities, receiving her BA in English from the University of Georgia Honors Program, graduating Cum Laude, and her Juris Doctor from The Emory University School of Law. Amanda became a member of the Georgia Bar Association in 2007 and a member of the South Carolina Bar Association in 2010. She is a member of CREW Atlanta, and a graduate of the 2014 CREW Atlanta Leadership Program. Amanda served on the Executive Committee of the Real Property Law Section for the State Bar of Georgia from 2014 – 2025, and was Section Chair 2023-2024. Amanda is also a past President of Southeast Land Title Association and continues to serve on the Governmental Affairs Committee for the Georgia Land Title Association.

Amanda is an Atlanta native and currently resides in Sandy Springs with her husband, Kevin Mercer.
