Kristy Tomasello is a Vice President for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and Manager of National Agency Commercial Services for the FNF Family of Companies. In this role, she underwrites commercial transactions, focusing on multi-state, multi-site portfolios. She enjoys underwriting mechanics liens and non-imputation.

Before joining Fidelity in 2016, Kristy managed the legal department at Regency Centers Corporation. Kristy is on the leadership committee for the ALTA Commercial Network. She is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham and received her paralegal certification from Boston University. With more than twenty-five years in the real estate industry; Kristy understands the agents need for responsiveness and working together towards a common goal.

Kristy splits her time between Birmingham, Alabama and Chicago, Illinois, and loves spending time with her family and her pug, Oliver.
