Debbie Mehm entered the title and escrow industry in the early 2000s after seizing an unexpected opportunity—and she has never looked back. Over more than 20 years, she has built deep industry expertise through roles that include paralegal, title underwriter, and licensed real estate agent. In 2012, Debbie joined SoftPro, where she continued her career in the title and escrow field and discovered a passion for understanding the software that powers large-scale real estate transactions.

In 2017, Debbie became SoftPro’s internal trainer, combining her title and escrow experience with a strong command of the SoftPro software platform. Over the next five years, she helped employees, customers, and partners better understand how to use the software to manage complex real estate transactions, bringing her signature humor, energy, and storytelling to every training session.

Debbie currently serves as the Director of Training and Development for Kensington Vanguard, where she is building the company’s training and branch onboarding programs. She continues to bring the fun, approachable teaching style that has become her hallmark.

Debbie lives in Wake Forest, North Carolina, with her husband and four children. She is an avid fitness enthusiast, loves to travel, and is a proud extrovert who enjoys meeting and connecting with new people throughout her career.
