Brittney Soles has spent more than half her life in the title industry, beginning as a paid high school intern and building a career through grit, resilience, and the mentors who believed in her along the way. Brittney learned early that hard work opens doors, but community keeps them open.

After leading title operations for more than a decade and a half, managing teams, launching joint ventures, and driving operational excellence. Brittney recently stepped away from title operations into a new chapter as a Bank Treasury Relationship Manager.

Like so many in our industry, Brittney knows burnout personally. She spent years believing that saying “yes” to everything was the only path to success. Today, she’s passionate about helping others redefine achievement by embracing boundaries, finding mentors, building genuine relationships, and creating careers that are both meaningful and sustainable.

She spent years building a successful career. Now she’s learning how to build a successful life.
