CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations or refund requests must be received in writing and sent to [email protected] on or by August 11, 2026, by 4:59 pm ET. All single player refund requests are subject to a US $100.00 processing fee. All foursome player refund requests are subject to a $200.00 processing fee. Refunds will not be granted after 5:00 pm ET August 11, 2026, nor will they be issued for no-shows. Substitutions will be permitted in the event a registrant cannot attend. Please notify ALTA of all cancellations or substitutions by email. In the case of a cancellation by ALTA or due to Force Majeure, ALTA will only refund the cost of an attendee’s registration fee. The Association is not responsible for any travel or hotel cancellation charges that an attendee may incur. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of the completion of ALTA ONE.

- Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded material beginning September 14, 2026 at the warehouse shipping address.
- Material arriving after October 09, 2026 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge.
- Please note that the Freeman Warehouse does not accept uncrated freight (loose, pad-wrapped material and/or un-skidded machinery), cash on delivery (COD) shipments, hazardous materials, freight requiring refrigerated or frozen storage, a single piece of freight weighing more than 4,500 pounds or a single piece of freight beyond the dimensions of 108″H x 93″W x 144″L.
- Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Omni Session – Cyber Security and Fraud with Gen. Paul Nakasone
Herberger BallroomGeneral Paul M. Nakasone, a retired U.S. Army four-star general, serves as the Founding Director of Vanderbilt University’s Institute of National Security.
From 2018 to 2024, General Nakasone led U.S. Cyber Command and the National Security Agency, overseeing national cyber defense and global signals intelligence operations. A career military leader with more than three decades of experience, he has commanded at all levels, with deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, and has held key intelligence and joint staff roles.
A recognized authority on cyber operations and national security, General Nakasone continues to advance dialogue and research on emerging global security challenges, inspiring innovation and leadership in this critical field.
