Kevin Gartland has over 22 years of experience in finance, title insurance, and real estate development. In 2004, Kevin became a principal at All American Title headquartered in Blaine MN. Under his leadership, the company has grown to 10 locations throughout the State of Minnesota and is annually recognized as one of the largest independently held title agencies in the Upper Midwest. Kevin proudly sits on the board of the Minnesota Land Title Association and is also active in the company’s charitable arm – AAT Gives Back.

Kevin is an entrepreneur at heart and is also actively involved in several real estate developments, multifamily housing projects, and a specialty food business. Kevin and his wife, Whitney, live in Maple Grove with their daughter Avery (12) and son Jackson (9).
