Stacie Wagner Patterson is Vice President, National Commercial Underwriting Counsel and part of the Shared Commercial Underwriting Team with First American Title Insurance Company. She is based in Pittsburgh, PA and focuses on underwriting commercial transactions on a national basis. Stacie has been a First American underwriter since 2003. Prior to her current position, she served as Pennsylvania State Counsel. She earned her B.A. from Juniata College, M.A. in Teaching English as a Second Language from The Pennsylvania State University, and J.D. from The University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Stacie is past Chairperson and Corporate Sponsor of First American’s Oil, Gas, and Minerals Practice Group. She has been a speaker on various real estate and title insurance topics for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Pennsylvania Land Title Institute. She also teaches a real estate course as an adjunct professor at the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University.
