Craig "Burnsie" Burns, CEO of Security 1st Title, has been in the title and real estate industry his entire career. Starting as a Runner for Security Abstract & Title in 1981, Burns transitioned to the world of sales, where he stayed for 15 years. When Security Abstract & Title was sold to First American Title Company, Burns became the Kansas State Manager for a decade. In November of 2009, Burns partnered with Jennifer (Bell) Weast and David Armagost to launch Security 1st Title. Since then, Security 1st Title has expanded under Burns’ oversight, with locations in four states, an expanding national business portfolio including Security 1st Exchange and Security 1st Resources. Today, the Security 1st family of brands employs more than 500 individuals.
