Liz Casselman graduated from Oakland University in 2012 with her bachelor’s in English. She then earned her juris doctor from Wayne State University Law School in 2015. She founded Birmingham Title Agency with her father and brother, also real estate attorneys, in 2014. In 2018, they acquired American Title Agency of Lenawee in Adrian, MI. Liz received her executive MBA from Oakland University in 2020, and acquired Gandol, Inc., a general construction and commercial door company.

Liz manages all aspects of operations at Birmingham Title Agency and American Title Agency of Lenawee. She works closely with underwriters, directs 1031 Exchanges, issues final policies, and troubleshoots at every stage of the process. She is very involved in the Michigan Land Title Association, chairing the Title Agent and Associate Member Committee and vice-chairing the Education Committee.
