Dean Collura is a business operator, advisor, and technology executive with over 20 years of experience across the real estate, title, and SaaS industries. He has held leadership roles spanning title operations, digital marketing, and enterprise software, with a focus on driving growth, improving customer experience, and implementing practical technology solutions.

Dean previously served as Co-Founder and CEO of TitleTap, a nationwide digital marketing company serving title companies and law firms, which was acquired in 2022. He later held the role of EVP & General Manager at ProfitSolv, where he led Client Engagement Solutions for professional services organizations.

Earlier in his career, Dean spent a decade inside an attorney-owned title agency, helping scale operations from a single office to a multi-location business. He also spent over a decade as a top-producing real estate professional, giving him a full lifecycle perspective on the transaction experience.

Today, Dean is the Managing Member of Aligned Consultancy, where he advises business owners and operators on growth strategy, AI adoption, and operational execution. His work focuses on helping organizations implement technology responsibly—ensuring initiatives are well-scoped, accountable, and aligned with measurable business outcomes.
