Devin Moscovitz, Esq. is the National Zoning Division Director at National Due Diligence Services, a division of American Surveying and Mapping, Inc. Devin lives in Winter Park, Florida with her Giant Schnoodle, Betty. Devin brings a background of commercial title insurance underwriting and due diligence experience and holds a Juris Doctor from New York Law School. Prior to joining the team at NDDS, she worked as a national underwriter in New York, learning the intricacies of land use regulations. Her specialties include zoning analysis, survey review, review of municipal documents and GIS systems, and working with governmental entities. As the National Zoning Division Director, Devin oversees a team dedicated to providing comprehensive zoning analyses and developing products specific to end users’ needs.
