Jeremy Poetker is Deputy Chief Underwriter for Stewart Title’s National Commercial Services division. Over a 20+ year career, he has underwritten commercial transactions in all 50 states. He has spoken publicly and conducted seminars on distressed deals, mechanic liens, affidavits, corporate authority, energy projects, and UCC insurance. Jeremy’s favorite parts of the job are taking on challenging deals, navigating thorny problems, and teaching and mentoring new underwriters. Prior to joining Stewart, Jeremy held senior underwriting positions at Fidelity and First American.
