The 1st way is by reaching out to other attendees in advance of ALTA SPRINGBOARD! Click on the attendee list tab on the ALTA SPRINGBOARD website and take a look at who is attending or reach out to them directly through ALTA Connections. Once registered for the conference, you will be automatically added to a private community on the ALTA Connection platform. This community is designed to help you prepare, exchange information, ask questions, and get excited for the event. This tool will be available before, during, and post conference and is a great way to communicate with your fellow conference goers!
#2 is by showing up to the happy hour on Monday evening that supports the ALTA Good Deeds Foundation. This is the perfect way to kick-off the event by connecting with old friends and meeting new ones!
The 3rd way is to attend and participate in the Knowledge Communities. These round table breakouts are designed to be interactive problem-solving and brainstorming sessions that leave you with actionable items to take back and share/implement the next week!
The 4th opportunity is exclusive only to ALTA SPRINGBOARD and that is ALTA’s knowledge sharing tool, Braindate. Braindate helps attendees tap into the experiences and expertise of their fellow attendees at ALTA SPRINGBOARD. It’s an easy way to connect and learn from each other through conversations about things one another care about. Share you knowledge and book a 30-minute one-on-one or 45-minute group conversations with other attendees in advance of ALTA SPRINGBOARD (or during!). All attendees will be given access to the Braindate platform in advance of the event in order to create individual or group Braindate topic(s) along with the opportunity to book Braindates with other attendees. It’s important to note that you don’t need to be an expert on a topic to create a Braindate – simply the desire to learn and share information with your fellow ALTA SPRINGBOARD attendees.
