Room Block Information
Please read this important information about ALTA’s room block policy. All attendees are required to be registered for ALTA SPRINGBOARD before being given access to the group’s room block. This policy allows as many attendees as possible the option to stay at the host convention hotel at the group rate. A link to the ALTA room block will be included in your registration confirmation email.
ALTA Room Rate at the Omni Oklahoma City Hotel
$219.00 per night plus state and local taxes (14.12%)
ALTA’s Room Rate at the Omni Oklahoma City Hotel Ends Wednesday, February 28, 2024 – 5:00 PM local time
After this date ALTA can not guarantee that a room will be available at the group rate. In the case that the ALTA room block is sold out prior to the room block end date; ALTA will work with the hotel and attendees to either add more rooms to the block or negotiate the best available rate.
**If you are not registered to attend ALTA SPRINGBOARD but book a room within the block, ALTA reserves the right to move your room from the ALTA rate, to the current prevailing rate at the hotel.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled 72 hours prior to reservation arrival date will be subject to one night’s room and tax cancellation fee.
