John Gunasti is Commercial Counsel, Vice President, and Manager of the National Commercial Services Office of Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company in Boston, Massachusetts, which is a part of the Fidelity National Title Group. They represent the Fidelity family of companies which includes Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, and Chicago Title Insurance Company. He specializes in underwriting, insuring, and managing large commercial transactions nationwide. Prior to entering the title insurance industry, he was in private practice representing clients in all aspects of commercial real estate. He has a Bachelor of Arts from Boston University, a Master of Business Administration from Bryant University, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law. He is also licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. He has given numerous presentations on different topics related to tile insurance to a variety of groups and organizations. In his spare time he enjoys discovering new hobbies and spending time outdoors with his daughters.
